• Timberline, Accubid, McCormick, BIM estimating software or equivalent

• Experience with self-perform construction of Transmission and Substation

• Experience, knowledge and use of an RS Means/Sage-Timberline computer based program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills, to engage, influence, build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of senior stakeholders
• Prior knowledge of Excel is essential
• State Certified and Licensed Electrical Contractor (State of Florida)
