- Must have current experience performing records management and/or document control processes. Experience must have been obtained within the past 2 years
- Must have experience using the Bechtel EDMS (InfoWorks, Aconex, etc). Experience must have been obtained within the past 2 years
- Must be able to demonstrate basic to intermediate proficiency using standard office automation tools, including Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, Word. Skills assessments to determine proficiency level may be administered
- Must be able to demonstrate basic to intermediate proficiency using web-based file transfer applications, such as SharePoint
- Must be familiar with processing supplier documents using redlining and actions interface
- Must be willing to travel to jobsite or other work locations as needed
