Procedures exist and are followed to ensure consistent data are recorded in applications (even if redundantly so), covering controls over input from Golden Sources, transfers between systems, frequency of updates, etc
Remediation plans to clean up existing data recorded in applications are defined and carried out
The correct data are used in risk monitoring and reporting (both internally and to Authorities)
Provide change management expertise to define solution that promote the culture of accountability on data quality management
Establish close relationship with Business and other Functions Representatives, gather and analyze initiatives and changes in order to communicate and explain them effectively to each department involved
Document business and functional requirements
Design and document processes for different areas and teams in the bank
Manage initatives under RaDAR, bringing them to a successful conclusion (quality/cost/delay) by a close coordination of CDO departments and other functions involved to achieve the objectives initially set
Build an actionable roadmap and project manage the implementation of the priority projects
Contribute to the Projects monitoring and reporting standards through regular information update of relevant repository tools and templates
Strong project leadership and management skills to lead organizational change in order to effectively meet strategic and tactical goals
Strong written and verbal communications skills required; must be equally comfortable discussing the enterprise information management strategic perspective with executives as well as implementation details with operational staff and IT
Organizational agility with the ability to drive large, cross-functional data management programs, involving coordination with multiple stakeholders
Ability to help define and articulate the enterprise data management strategic vision and translate it into tactical implementable steps
Strategic decision-making skills with a high degree of latitude
