Supply Job Description
- Check caged areas and make sure they are clean, neat and orderly
- Do FAMT Lite Inventory and process if required
- Check PIC's area for like for like/returns and process defective and good PIC's
- Return and track excess stock to Denver Logistics warehouse as defined by process
- Maintain, select, package and ship equipment, tools and test sets in need of repair
- Provide available local stock for emergency rush orders
- Replace old bins with new ones
- Clean inside and outside yards areas, including dock
- Walk the LNO yard frequently and ensure that we have no excess cable and or associated materials in the garage
- Must be able to operate lifting devices such as pallet jacks and forklift and lift gates
- Ability to run a forklift

- Maintain reel yards which handle all contractor cable and material with appropriate in/out logs
- Use forklift to move materials as needed, organize cable reels by size
- Strip cable reels if necessary and make it into a hand coil and then tag it

- Provide order only material management services for various central offices/storerooms in the remote locations

- Acquire/translate forecasts for all finished goods inventory-consuming events into an inventory deployment plan collaborating with internal business units to ensure timelines are met to support training and launch targets
- Establish critical inventory parameters (ABC, Safety Stock, Order Caps) taking into account constraints and input, such as lead time and order cycle time
- Monitor, track and report inventory levels and reconcile inventory variances using all available resources to identify root causes and possible solutions
