- Utilize computer to perform part search, log time and create spreadsheets
- Works on chilled and hot water systems, throttling valves, expansion tanks, heat exchangers, steam equipment and pump systems
- Repairs mechanical pumps, including seals, impellers, bearings and electric motors
- Analyzes and repairs pumps, drive motors (both hydraulic and electric), filtering systems, water treatment systems and chemicals, chemical injection systems, and sand filters
