- Coordinate parent relations through the monthly newsletter, orientation prior to the beginning of school, and being available to parents during operating hours for conferences and special assistance

- Ensure vertical and horizontal alignment of developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Serve on the elementary leadership team to push for student achievement PreK through 5th grade
- Ensure quarterly assessments are completed and data is recorded and reviewed to inform instruction
