- Responsible for loading trucks
- This role serves as a loader and unloader of various materials at the Princeton refinery
- This role works 12 hour rotating shifts from 6 to 6
- New hires as of November 1, 2017 are also required to be part of the site’s Fire Brigade/Hazmat Team
- The Loading position is the typical entry level position on site that typically leads to other future opportunities in other departments such as Operations, Lab and Maintenance and even supervisory roles depending on a person’s capabilities
- Calumet employees will be conducting inspections/shipping activities at the plant site
- Employees inspect loading hoses and connections and confirms they are in place and secured for loading/unloading
- Employees will be responsible for making sure the tank car is loaded to the proper level to prevent overfilling and to make sure the car is not overweight for shipment
- When the loading is completed a sample will is pulled and taken to the lab for testing
- Must be able to understand and comply with the Verification Policy, when applicable
- Must have experience using hand tools
- Comfortable with working around a moving sorter/conveyor
- Must have at least 6 months loading/unloading experience
- Must be able to bend, stoop, twist and lift up to 50lbs
