- Ensure foreign subsidiaries are accounting for transactions appropriately under US GAAP and statutory requirements and filings are performed timely and deadlines are met
- Assist in completing work papers and status trackers for the Integration Management Office, including weekly status project plans for each process and monthly reports for the Steering Committee meetings
