- Will assist in the layout and measuring of materials for installation
- May be required to cut and install instrument air and process tubing as instructed

- Responsible for care and maintenance of all assigned test equipment maintenance of any other assigned Yokogawa properties
- Must be willing to travel for job assignments and work outside the normal eight to five work day/week
- Able to integrate multiple Yokogawa analyzers and a variety of non-Yokogawa analyzers
- 4 10's until Oct 1, 2017 No Per Diem

Instrument Fitter Job Description
- Report to Foreman in a timely manner any obstacles which are likely to impede the crew's ability to meet targets
- Responsible for confirming that any piece of lifting equipment has been properly tagged or colour coded as being safe for production lifting activities
- Select type and size of pipe, tube and related material according to job specification
- Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install primary piping and tubing including Stainless Steel tube and Galvanised pipe
- Follows all hazardous waste handling guidelines, along with all necessary and relevant safety measures
- Perform field installation in a timely, accurate and safe manner
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, instrumentation, P&ID drawings, and other technical documentation
- Verify instruments comply with supplied engineered data sheets, install instruments and instrument tubing in compliance with engineered drawings and details, understand and perform all required tube testing per project requirements
- Ability to use power tools and shop equipment necessary to fabricate instrument stands and tubing supports
