- Work collaborativly with educator to ensure the training, education and development of cath lab techs
- Work collaborativly with nurse manager and assistant nurse managers to ensure proper scheduling of staff
- Assist with effective utilization of staff to fill the needs of the daily schedule
- Cover on call for STEMI for call outs/vacations as needed
- Scrub assist and/or mac lab monitoring when needed to support staff
