Please consider my experience and qualifications for this position:

• Witness all HDD "pull-throughs" to verify that pipe is properly supported, not overstressed, that the coating of pipe and weld joints are protected, and the as-built information is properly recorded
• Witness hydrostatic testing is conducted in accordance with Company specifications for the duration of the test(s) and verify in advance of testing that calibration papers for the equipment as specified in Company's contract(s) with the applicable Other Contractors (which contract(s) will be provided to Contractor by Company prior to start of Construction), are in proper order and attached to the test report
• Verify that Other Contractor(s) properly clean and dry pipelines prior to commissioning
• Witness and verify that Other Contractors properly inspect pipeline for deformation and that subsequent analysis is free of any irregularities
• Field validate that all environmental Best Management Practices (BMP) are followed by Other Contractors in accordance with the permits and construction plans
• Mark up construction plans, and maintain proper documentation per the Company's Storage Department Operating and Maintenance Manual, Appendix I
• Some knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices and methods as applicable to a water and wastewater facility setting
• Working knowledge of applicable laws, standards and regulations relating to construction, inspection and safety
