• BLS certification at time of hire with commitment to get BART within 6 months of hire date
• Develop a team-based approach including a case manager, crisis therapist and psychiatrist to offer same day service with the overall goal of expediency for patient assessment
• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date and ACLS within 60 days of hire
• Formulate medical diagnosis based on patient admitting status, and physical findings
• Communicate to Physicians, their assessment through surveillance exams, injuries, treatment and procedures as deemed necessary
• Develop individualized plan of care for all assigned patients
• Perform interventions to meet holistic needs of patient, under the direction of the Medical Director, and under the leadership of the Client Resource Manager
