• Detailed knowledge of ELINT receiver systems, signal analysis equipment, and techniques
• Experience with the operation of ELINT receiver systems and associated RF components
• Detailed knowledge of RC-135 datalinks capabilities
• Experience with Tactical Radios such as PRC 117F, PRC117G, PSC 5, MIDS LVT, ARC 210, EPLRS/SADL radio frequency network
• Experience with the maintenance, repair, and operation of avionics systems
