• BS (MT) or AD (MLT) in a physical science from an accredited institution is preferred

• Demonstrated knowledge with instrument calibration, maintenance and repair of all types of engineering equipment, semiconductor processing equipment, vacuum systems, and electronics
• Knowledge of occupational, facilities and laboratory chemical and gas safety procedures
