• Knowledge of key Children's Healthcare of Atlanta revenue cycle applications, , Epic Resolute, Cadence and Prelude, SMS InVision, IDX, XactiMed electronic claims editing and submission, or comparable system
• CCS-P or CPC certification preferred
• Certified in at least one of the following CPC, CPB, and CPMA
• Has been involved in at least 3 Epic go-lives
• Patient Financial Services (PFS) Operational and / or Information Systems (IS) Revenue Cycle departmental management/leadership experience specifically in the areas of revenue management, billing (hospital, professional and home health) and receivables management/collections preferably in an Epic ' shop'
