In the previous role, I was responsible for assistance with routine and major maintenance repairs of mechanical equipment including, but not limited to: engine and compressor repairs and overhauls, grouting of equipment, pump repairs and overhauls, seal replacements, air compressor repairs and overhauls, and repairs to other mechanical equipment.

• An understanding of working within Clean Room Pharmaceutical environments- though not necessary as full training given
• Knowledge of working within a GMP environment though not necessary as full training given
• Minimum licensure as EMT Basic or above
• Prefer EMT IV tech licensure and experience
• Experience with positive displacement pumps, mag drive pumps, VFD’s, boilers, water softeners, air compressors, dryers, chillers, gas heaters, HVAC, mixers, filling line equipment, filters housings, solenoids valves, wrappers, tanks, motors, diaphragms pumps, building maintenance or related experience
• Repair, modify and install equipment to maintain and operate the facility
• Understands basic electrical and pneumatic diagrams, familiar with 12 VDC to 480 VAC electrical wiring or circuits and capable of diagnosing 24/115 VAC control circuitry
• Work in confined spaces, on elevated platforms, ladders, scaffolding and roofs

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and pulling
• Minimum licensure as EMT Advanced or above
• Proven experience with Index or Hyrdromat, or other Multi-Spindle, Multi-Axis, High-Volume, Precision Machining
• Have strong mathematical and quantitative skills – including strong communication skills
