• Basic hand tools (flight permits 1 carry-on and a checked bag limed to 50lbs
• Boots and safety glasses and FR pants (Client will provide the rest)
• Build/Frame wooden H-Frame Transmission Poles
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair overhead fiber lines
• String and maintain wire (Pulling, Fiber Splicing, Clipping, Stranding & Spacing Line)
• Install and maintain bundle conductors, insulators, transformers, junction boxes and sockets
• Schedule will be seven 12 hour shifts a week
• Job will last 4 months at least

• Possess a valid Class A CDL driver's license within 90 days of hire
• Knowledge of the electric utility system and its operation
• Knowledge of the proper connecting and disconnecting, installing and removal, moving and transferring of various electrical devices on customers facilities, transformers, transformer banks, regulators, reclosures, switching devices, capacitor banks
• Knowledge of line construction such as installing anchor holes, framing poles, setting poles, stringing & sagging conductor, armor rodding, installing down guys, connecting conductors and installing pad mount gear
• Knowledge of high voltage cable terminations
• Solid understanding of basic and advanced electrical principles
