• Experience and knowledge of roof top units, heat pumps, and electrical control systems
• Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical trades as it pertains to HVAC systems

• All contractor/subcontractor personnel who maintain, service, repair, or dispose of any refrigeration and air conditioning systems (to include motor vehicles) containing chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) and hydro chlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) refrigerants shall have proper certification by an EPA approved technician certification program IAW Section 608 of the Clean Air Act (42 USC 7671g and codified at 40 CFR 82)
• Certified Class I and Class II Technician IAW Section 608 of the Clean Air Act and CFR Title 40, Part 82, Subpart F (Ozone Depleting Substances)
• Inspects safety equipment
• Understands and proactively maintains systems to prevent issues
