• Obtain an NMLS license after employment
• Understand and utilize social media platforms to help share brand awareness and obtain market knowledge
• Occasional travel for meetings, training, bank conversion and acquisition support (sporadic and minimal overnight and/or out of town)
• Provides customer service with the objective of identifying sales opportunities
• Cultivates long-lasting customer relationships by providing ongoing, proactive service of total customer relationship needs
• Contribute to and promote broader business and corporate initiatives, consistently message to staff and other stakeholders in support of the Bank’s strategic goals, lead Center team through organizational change, partner with the Commercial segment, support business planning, champion culture activities, participate in specified focus groups and task forces as appropriate
• Maintains a superior culture of service by actively identifying, coaching, developing, motivating, and supporting associates to establish and maintain relationships with clients and to provide an overall meaningful client experience
• Administration of client inventory
