In my previous role, I was responsible for first level analysis physical and electrical failure analysis such as X-ray, Scanning Acoustic Microscope (SAM), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Elemental Disperse X-ray (EDX), optical inspection, decapping, deprocessing, cross-sectioning, basic electrical test verification through ATE, curve tracer, and bench testing, and desoldering and soldering of components.
