In my previous role, I was responsible for training on the various systems that are used to support the product line including but not limited to the ERP systems, CIA system, Power BI, and Salesforce.com.

• Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and resolution of problems
• Oversees and administrates low risk EPC contracts per project type table in accordance with ESC Work Oversight Committee
• Provide distribution operations engineering support for PG&E’s Electric Distribution Control Centers
• Provide Day-to-Day Engineering Support For Distribution Line, Substation Related Operational Problems, Any Transmission Line problems that Result in Operational Problems on the Distribution System
• Provide Operations Engineering Support and Participate in Various Emerging Grid Technology Projects (VVO, PV-Smart Inverter, DERM’s, Smart Line Sensors, EPIC Projects)

• Establish and set direction of the evolution of ESR Operations function to lead best in class team focusing on development and delivery of optimal operational models for ESR program efficiency and continued full compliance of programs
• Optimize and advance the operational model focusing across key areas of ESR operational excellence, including (but not limited to) ISS/ESC Performance, Supply Management, Contracting, Compliance and Transfer of Value, and overall ESR Program Systems Reporting

In my previous role, I was responsible for operational support and monitoring of data center facilities, data center access control equipment, and distributed computer systems; monitor centralized system event logs, air conditioning, uninterruptable power supply, and other IT infrastructure systems within the University data centers.

• Identify metrics, develops KPI’s and other business analytics to measure progress and inform investment decisions, ensuring updates are collected, documented, tracked, and communicated to stakeholders
• Ensure production standards are met (Safety, Quality, Customer Service, and GMP compliance)
• Coordinate daily production activities and resources to ensure operational metrics are achieved
• Comprehend the regulatory environment and RB policies for the shift team, and ensures production systems, documentation and processes are in compliance
• Oversee the accurate and timely completion of production records
• Provide technical expertise to resolve/troubleshoot production-related issues
• Build technical competencies within the team by sharing knowledge, coaching, and providing ongoing training
