Environmental Services Aide Cover Letter

Please consider me for the environmental services aide opportunity. I am including my resume that lists my qualifications and experience.

Previously, I was responsible for training in recommended housekeeping and laundry procedure and usage of product and equipment.

• Promotes and demonstrates effective, open and honest written and verbal communication skills
• Follow all universal precautions, blood borne pathogen procedures and use personal protective equipment as needed while cleaning patient care areas
• Clean equipment and notify manager of any necessary repairs
• Maintain and promote positive, open and honest interpersonal relationships with customers (physicians, employees, visitors, patients, and other PSHMC publics)
• Collect trash and sanitize trash receptacles
• Removes all regular and medical waste
• Check frequently at nurses station throughout the day for special needs or discharges
• Follow hospital procedures and safety guidelines as outlined in the (ESA) Manual
