• Certifications such as Certified Energy Auditor (C.E.A.), Certified Energy Manager (C.E.M.), Home Energy Rating System (HERS), or Building Performance Institute (BPI) is desirable
• Strong working knowledge spreadsheet-based analysis techniques
• CEM, CEA, or EIT (or equivalent) accreditation is preferred
