• Have basic concept on product life cycle management from M2 to Ph4 and R&D work model
• Previous clinical trial monitoring experience gained within a CRO or Pharmaceutical company
• Previous Ethics Submissions exerience
• Solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines
• Very competent with various forms of technology
