• Masters in Nursing Informatics strongly preferred
• Experience in Nursing Informatics strongly preferred
• Good understanding of performance improvement tools such as LEAN, Six Sigma.
• Understanding of patient care flow/processes, knowledge of policy and procedure processes, knowledge of pediatric national standards and benchmarks
• Technology related certification
