Previously, I was responsible for care for adolescent patients age 16 and up, young adult patients age 18-39, adult patients age 40-64, and geriatric patients age 65 and older.

Please consider my qualifications and experience:

• IDX and EMR experience
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) - Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Experience with Pediatrics and OB preferred
• Willingness to work at various sites is encouraged
• Successfully completed Medication Aide 40-hour course or current/valid Medication Aide certification by state agency
• Cardiololgy experience in a clinic setting preferred
• Outpatient clinic and hospital experience preferred
• Current WI RN licensure
