• Senior level experience as a micro-economist ideally with public policy expertise competition/regulatory experience within a government department, competition/regulatory authority, a consulting environment, or a major communications sector company
• Experience of advising at Board-level on public policy economics and/or competition/regulatory economics matters and managing a range of stakeholders
• Experience of leading a team of micro-economists with public policy expertise and/or competition/regulatory expertise
• Strong quantitative skills, and a proven track record of applying econometrics are desirable
