• Substantial knowledge of cardiac cath procedures

• Awareness of operating room technique
• Possession of current Texas Medical Board—General Medical Radiologic Technologist Certificate (General) and possession of current ARRT (R)
• Previous Cath Lab and/or Interventional Radiology experience preferred
• Preferred Graduation from a CCAHEP or ASCP/SCP accredited program or ARRT Certification and RT licensure

• Graduate of at least an 18 month training program in non-invasive cardiology where student's perform studies under the direction of a Cardiologist using M-mode, 2D, color, and pulsed doppler, learn stress testing and blind doppler techniques
• New Grad will be considered with RDCS and RVT cradentials
• Additional cardiology exposure desirable or similar/related job experience
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or eligible
• Fluoroscopy permit
• Fire Safety card
