Previously, I was responsible for education, monitoring, interpretations, all waivers, and full compliance support to six or seven intercollegiate teams for NCAA bylaws primarily in the areas of bylaws 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17.

• Serve as the primary monitor of the athletic academic services daytime and evening study table program, ensuring that student-athletes are properly utilizing a productive study facility with functional desktops, laptops, and printers
• Complete weekly meetings with 15-20 academically at-risk student-athletes each semester
• Manage the book loan distribution and return process for student-athletes each semester
• Coordinate the athletic academic services class check system each semester to routinely check class attendance of student-athletes, particularly those considered at-risk
• Assist in the annual update of the Student-Athlete Handbook, coordinating updates with appropriate athletic department personnel and ensuring revisions are incorporated into the new version
• Aid in developing the Summer II Class/Seminar for entering freshman student-athletes, planning presentation topics, and guest speakers for academic and personal development
• May assist in recruitment and retention efforts
