Other short-term projects:

Project: Reduction in Workforce Database (RIF Db)

With several legacy tools in place and different legal requirements around the globe, Citi saw a need to create a centralized tool to estimate financial impact of reduction in workforce. The concept was to create an automated channel to process requests for approval on future lay-offs. This project was data intensive and needed inputs from Accounting, HR, Legal, Compliance and Finance departments for each country the tool was to be implemented in.

Project: Attributions Weighting Survey Tool (AWST)

AWST is a tool that encompasses how back office functions operate to support the business and based on their methodology, how they choose to allocate out their expenses to the business. The legacy model was designed to run at a very granular level and was too massive with long delays for output and practically no visibility. This new web based solution was designed to allow the user to enter the details of their cost allocation and for the business to view qualitative and quantitative details on how the users were allocating their costs to them.
