• Resolving common queries that arise such as no contact name of the person who ordered the service, no Purchase Order number, VAT issues, Invoiced before service has been delivered, service not gone live, incorrect address
• Preparation of weekly forecast files, including a strong understanding of top to bottom P&L forecast
• Ensure reports and forecast information is accurate in Oracle modules
• Preparing and creating performance reports for management
• Provide on the ground support and coordination for revenue recognition
• Understanding business process and impacts
